Accessibility fixes for the seven quick notes:

• Each dot now says whether its note has text ("Note 3, empty", "Note 2, has text") and updates as you type, clear a note or edit from another device
• The save dot's label follows its state: "Saved" or "Unsaved changes"
• The editor is named for the open note ("Quick note 3") and the tabs control a labelled tab panel
• Better contrast: a darker yellow ring in light mode, and a brighter outline on the selected dot in dark mode (all dots now meet 3:1)
• New strings translated into French, Spanish, German and Japanese
