Summary

  • README rebuilt around two images: the hero and a new ladder diagram, "How one request lifts the repo". The long tail collapses into details blocks; visible length drops from 823 lines to about 150.
  • Skill index moved to docs/SKILLS.md; the README keeps the family counts table.
  • 22 skills slimmed into reference files per Anthropic's skill-authoring guide: 43% fewer bytes across their SKILL.md bodies (about 49,000 fewer tokens when all load). Frontmatter and rule meaning unchanged. 28 reference files gain a contents list.
  • Ten plan-* skills share a one-line execution note; /thirdparty-web-interface-guidelines delegates to its skill.
