Changed the default settings to only include cursor color rather than the status bar. Makes more sense as your eyes are already at the cursor.

When using the status bar there is a noticeable delay when leaving visual mode. This bug seems to be a lot less pronounced when using a Lua config. See #3 for more details.

Updated the README with the recommended config as well as an example of the config in Lua.

Moved to using releases over CHANGELOG

Thanks to @simonjonathan for submitting a pull request(#2) to fix the cursor jumping to the start of the line when entering visual mode(#1). He has also added the ability to choose which elements of the UI are affected by the plugin via nvimColorCustomizationKeys. This can be edited via settings.json, see #1
