  • Fix a bug in DirectoryDataInstallerBase when a directory was not found
  • Refactored the AppBase and DefaultAppManager to register the AppContext before the behaviors are called, otherwise they do not have access to it from the composition. Also, if an exception occurs during bootstrapping in the before behaviors, the finalizers do not get to access the AppContext
