- Made TaskHelper.AsAsync more stable regarding with the exception thrown on cancellation.
- Extended ToPrioritizedDictionary to accept a key comparer, also fixed the ToPrioritizedDictionaray(keyFunc).
- Refactored the DefaultSerializationService - removed composition context dependency, used the ToPrioritizedDictionary method.
