Release 0.86.0 bumps package metadata and pins a new OpenAPI spec (.stats.yml).

Managed auth field models (ManagedAuth.Field and follow-stream ManagedAuthStateEventField) gain optional replace_existing, indicating the client must replace a stored credential after an explicit rejection.

Project limits docs no longer tie deprecated max_pooled_sessions behavior to an org feature flag: setting it is always rejected with 400, and reads are documented as always null (unified concurrency under max_concurrent_sessions).
