Rename configurations for `early-access` to `production`. Early access instance was setup for the initial release phase. It's been used as production now. Signed-off-by: Jeny Sadadia <jeny.sadadia@collabora.com>

As no job is using `lava-collabora-early-access` lab, remove it from configuration files. Also, update KCIDB bridge service for the same. Signed-off-by: Jeny Sadadia <jeny.sadadia@collabora.com>
