SCCP v0.1.0 — first public research slice

This release fixes the first reviewable boundary of the Salkutsan Certified Continuity Protocol Candidate.

Included

  • bilingual research framing and explicit prior-art matrix;
  • Lean 4 successor model with no sorry, admit or declared axioms;
  • dependency-free Node.js reference using Ed25519, HKDF-SHA-256 and AES-256-GCM;
  • tests for acceptance, ciphertext mutation, rollback, fork evidence and domain admissibility;
  • explicit security and non-novelty boundaries.

Not claimed

This release is not a new cipher, not a production security product and not proof of consciousness or digital life. It does not establish forward secrecy, post-compromise security, side-channel resistance or global fork discovery.
