Secousse v0.1.3

Fixes
-
Stream stayed black on Windows. Twitch's CDN edges 403'd every variant playlist because
@tauri-apps/plugin-httpsilently strips Fetch-spec "forbidden" headers (Origin,Referer,User-Agent) by default — ourOrigin: https://www.twitch.tvwas being filtered out, leaving Twitch to see the WebView's default origin, which it rejects. Enabling theunsafe-headersCargo feature ontauri-plugin-httplets the headers through, and the stream now plays. (#fix) -
Production builds emit no diagnostics on disk. plugin-log was configured with only the
Stdouttarget, so on Windows release builds (no console attached) we were flying blind for in-the-field bug reports. Add a file target with rotation capped at 5 MB / one archive so long sessions don't grow the file unboundedly. -
Initial channel never loaded for anonymous viewers until the 60s auto-refresh kicked in. A ref-based gate in
App.tsxwas set asynchronously after first render but never re-triggered the effect. Drop the gate; the existing per-channel in-flight ref already prevents duplicate loads. -
VideoPlayer instrumentation at info level for support: effect entry, get_stream_url result, HLS error events, MANIFEST_PARSED, play() resolution, and
<video>element events.
CI
- Release workflow now creates the draft up front in a serial
create-releasejob and the 3-platform build matrix uploads to that single release id. Fixes the v0.1.2 race that produced two partial drafts.
