Movy v1.20 · Android + Windows preview

Movy TV v1.20 (build 21).

Adds a separate native Windows x64 desktop preview alongside the signed Android APK. Windows has a Plex-inspired sidebar, Movy Recommended/catalog libraries, provider grids with independent movie/series pagination, sorting/categories, details/episodes, local My List/history/resume, Movy account/profile connections, and embedded mpv playback with sources, CC, audio, quality, speed and audio/subtitle timing. Windows is an unsigned portable ZIP: extract everything and run Movy.exe; .NET is included, WebView2 Runtime is required, and first Play offers a checksum-verified official mpv download. Windows updates are manual and device progress remains local. Android and Windows now share the exact same origin-restricted account/resolver scripts, one provider/backend configuration, and catalog contract fixtures. Android's native UI, signed updater and playback behavior remain intact. Windows smoke checks do not replace real signed-in account/stream/video testing.
