Ketch Android SDK — Release v5.1.0

  • Adds automatic resolution of ketch_aaid through the native WebView bridge.

Note for integrators: To collect ketch_aaid, add com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads-identifier to your app and enable AAID on the property. Without it the key resolves to nothing.
