This repository houses code and sample data for the CERES algorithm (citation forthcoming).
Currently the code is just a collection of scripts, but that will grow into a proper python package in time. We also supply sample Centella asiatica data, both in a python pickle (from python version 3.8) or in CSV files which could be re-pickled in whatever python version you are using. These data are found in the data/ directory.
