Penglai 0.5.5

Penglai packages the official DeepSeek Harness into a desktop application for people who would rather start with a window than a terminal. Version 0.5.5 keeps DSH 0.1.1-rc.2 as the only agent core and finishes two things that matter in daily work: Office and Memory.

English

What is new

  • Penglai Office is bundled and enabled on a fresh installation. It can inspect, create, edit, preview, save, and undo changes to DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, and PDF files. Writes stay inside the selected Workspace and require the relevant confirmation. PDF output includes a Chinese font; LibreOffice is not required by users.
  • Penglai Memory is bundled and enabled by default. Personal facts are explicit, project memory stays inside its official Workspace, and candidates are not silently promoted. Memories carry provenance and can be corrected, forgotten, migrated, or explored as a graph.
  • Mobile Messaging gives Weixin and Feishu one shared text, image, file, and audio path into official DSH Sessions.
  • Local voice includes SenseVoice speech recognition and MOSS-TTS voice generation. Their plugin code ships in the installer; the larger model weights are explained and downloaded only when enabled.
  • Companion remains opt-in, with quiet hours, a daily cap, and an explicit destination.
  • Plugin Center reads signed immutable catalog Releases, so a reviewed rc.2 plugin can be added later without shipping another desktop build just to change a list.

The old Office Reader and separate Personal Context surfaces are retired. Office and Memory are the two default capabilities; optional plugins can be enabled or disabled without blocking normal DSH conversations.

Installation and upgrades

Choose the installer that matches the computer:

  • Penglai_0.5.5_macos_aarch64.dmg for Apple Silicon Macs
  • Penglai_0.5.5_macos_x64.dmg for Intel Macs
  • Penglai_0.5.5_windows_x64_setup.exe for Windows x64

Versions 0.5.1, 0.5.2, and 0.5.3 can discover 0.5.5 under Settings → Penglai → Updates. Version 0.5.0 predates the production updater trust path and needs a same-platform manual overlay. Updates are never silent and still pass through the operating-system installer.

The first-run guide now treats the first real DSH reply as completion. Language, privacy, provider/model selection, credential testing, Workspace validation, back/retry, and restart/resume paths are covered by executable acceptance tests.

What was verified

All three installers were built from source commit 2136ff691afa8bdbefa3079236426a72a3851237 on matching native runners in workflow run 32656584336. Each target passed clean public export, exact installer identity, Electron fuse checks, installed first-run/process smoke, and the installed first-party plugin lifecycle against official DSH rc.2. The Windows job also captured the native Simplified Chinese NSIS component page to prevent the garbled-text regression.

The Release contains exactly three installers and seven signed or reproducibility assets. SHA256SUMS, release-manifest.json, the public-export manifest, SBOM, and detached Ed25519 updater signatures bind the published bytes to the source identity.

Trust boundary

Penglai has no account and no telemetry service. Model calls still send the context needed for a task to the provider you choose. macOS builds are ad-hoc signed and not notarized; Windows has no Authenticode, so Gatekeeper or SmartScreen may warn. Penglai signatures protect update and plugin bytes but are not an operating-system publisher certificate. Real Weixin and Feishu use still requires the user's own external credentials.

蓬莱把官方 DeepSeek Harness 装进桌面客户端，让不想先学终端的人也能开始使用。0.5.5 继续以 DSH 0.1.1-rc.2 作为唯一 Agent 核心，并把办公和记忆做成了真正开箱可用的能力。

这次新增了什么

  • 蓬莱办公随安装包提供，并在全新安装中默认启用。它可以检查、创建、修改、预览、保存和撤销 DOCX、XLSX、PPTX、PDF。写入受当前 Workspace 和动作确认约束，PDF 已内置中文字体，用户不需要安装 LibreOffice。
  • 蓬莱记忆随安装包提供并默认启用。个人事实需要明确保留，项目记忆只属于当前 official Workspace，候选内容不会静默升级。记忆有来源，可以更正、遗忘、迁移，也可以用图谱查看关系。
  • 蓬莱手机消息让微信和飞书共用同一条文字、图片、文件、语音管线，最终进入 official DSH Session。
  • 本地语音包含 SenseVoice 语音识别和 MOSS-TTS 语音生成。插件代码已经在安装包里，较大的模型权重只在启用时说明并按需下载。
  • 主动陪伴仍然默认关闭，启用后也受安静时段、每日次数和明确消息目标约束。
  • 插件中心读取签名的不可变目录 Release。以后经过审核的 rc.2 插件可以单独加入，不必只为更新一张列表再发桌面版本。

旧的办公阅读器和单独的个人上下文入口已经退役。办公与记忆是默认能力；其他插件可以自由启停，不会阻塞普通 DSH 会话。

安装与升级

请按电脑选择安装包：

0.5.1、0.5.2、0.5.3 可以在 设置 → 蓬莱 → 更新 中发现 0.5.5。0.5.0 早于正式升级信任链，需要使用同平台安装包手动覆盖。更新不会静默执行，最后仍然经过操作系统安装器。

首次引导现在以收到第一条真实 DSH 回复作为完成条件。语言、隐私、供应商与模型选择、密钥测试、Workspace 校验、返回重试和重启续接都有可执行验收。

真实验收

三个安装包都由源码提交 2136ff691afa8bdbefa3079236426a72a3851237 在匹配的原生 runner 上构建，证据见 工作流 32656584336。三端都通过 clean public export、安装包精确身份、Electron fuse、安装后首次启动与进程测试，以及 official DSH rc.2 上的第一方插件启停和重启流程。Windows 还保存了原生简体中文 NSIS 组件页截图，专门防止历史乱码回归。

本 Release 只有三个安装包和七个签名或可复现性资产。SHA256SUMS、release-manifest.json、公开源码清单、SBOM 和 Ed25519 升级签名把公开字节与源码身份绑定在一起。

信任边界

蓬莱没有账号，也没有遥测服务。模型调用仍会把本次任务所需上下文发给你选择的模型供应商。macOS 是 ad-hoc 签名且未公证，Windows 没有 Authenticode，因此 Gatekeeper 或 SmartScreen 可能提示。蓬莱签名保护升级和插件字节，但不等于操作系统发布者证书。真实微信、飞书使用仍需要用户自己的外部凭据。
