• CodeOwner annotation scanning — Scan source files for CodeOwner: owner annotations and generate GitHub CODEOWNERS files. Language-agnostic: works with any
  comment syntax.
• Multiple owners — Support multiple owners on a single line (CodeOwner: a b) or across separate annotation lines, with automatic deduplication.
• Directory-level ownership — Place a .codeowner file in any directory to assign ownership to the entire directory tree (produces dir/** glob patterns).
• --dirowner flag — Customize the directory ownership filename (e.g. --dirowner OWNERS), defaults to .codeowner.
• --prefix flag — Use a custom annotation prefix instead of the default CodeOwner: (e.g. --prefix "Owner:").
• Org/team owner syntax — Supports @org/team handles alongside individual user handles.
• Sorted, grouped output — CODEOWNERS output is sorted and grouped by directory with blank lines between groups for readability.
