Job Tracker v3.1

Rebrand of v3.0: Job Clipper → Job Tracker. Same functionality, renamed throughout (the button is now + Track job).

Install (desktop): download `job-tracker-v3.1.zip`, unzip, open `chrome://extensions`, turn on Developer mode, click Load unpacked, and select the unzipped `job-tracker` folder. Works locally out of the box — optional Trello sync via ⚙ Settings.

Mobile add-on and full docs in the README. Supersedes v3.0.
