Added

• python/tests/test_conventions.py catches a process read as text without an encoding. It
  parses the sources with ast: a text search walks past the (run or subprocess.run)(...) shape.
  The check comes from the shared docsguard.

Changed

• The shared guard is installed by tag, not from @main. On a branch pin, a docsguard commit
  landed in a run here in the middle of unrelated work, and a red run caused by no commit of ours is
  one nobody reads. ci now installs docsguard@v0.4.0, and raising the pin is a pull request of
  its own. (#11)

Fixed

• Two processes read as text now name their encoding. They are the POSIX half of the process
  lookup and the pip run behind a plugin update. Without an encoding the decode raises inside the
  reader thread, the output comes back empty, and the guard reads that emptiness as "no such
  process". (#11)
