Fixed

  • The application is addressed both positionally and with --app-id. The apps get,
    apply, delete, start, stop and debug commands took the positional form only, while
    deploy and apps ensure took the option only, so a call written the other way answered
    with usage instead of doing the work. Two DIFFERENT references in one call are refused:
    silently preferring one would send the command to the wrong application.
