A plugin option can be repeated: Argument(..., multiple=True). The command gets every
value as a list, in the order of the command line, and its MCP tool takes an array. An option
without the field keeps only the last value, which is how a command given seven files uploaded
one. (#54)
A positional plugin argument can take several values too: multiple=True. They follow one
another or come through its cli_alias key given several times, which kept only the last one,
and the MCP tool takes an array. Older cores refuse it: check plugins.POSITIONAL_MULTIPLE. (#56)

apps list --status running --status stopped shows both statuses. The help promised several
statuses, but a second key replaced the first without a word. Commas work as before. (#54)
apps token-access --user and probe --cleanup take the key several times. A second key
replaced the first without a word. Now every user and every probe gets an entry of its own, a
failure of one does not stop the rest, and the MCP tools take a list as well. (#55)
