This is a pre-release validation APK for Ric's physical Wear OS testing.

Changes since build 5

  • Avoids re-calling startForeground on each track transition after the service is already foreground.
  • Later track changes update the notification via NotificationManager instead of attempting foreground re-promotion from background.
  • Keeps transient state suppression and adaptive wake-mode fixes.

  • Julianna Barwick — Sanguine album playback across at least 3 track transitions with screen off / watch face.
