Untidy 0.5 beta

This prerelease captures the physical-watch build Ric validated on June 20, 2026.

Highlights

Crown volume restored on Now Playing.
Now Playing avoids showing inactive grey controls before track metadata is loaded.
New physical pull-over context menu:
- grey bottom grip, not a button
- guarded long-press/up-drag activation
- sheet follows the finger 1:1
- charcoal menu surface
- shared grip state between closed/open menu
- top menu grip lowered away from the watch system pulldown zone
Search input handoff moved toward Wear RemoteInput and minimizes the old voice/text/keyboard flash.
Playback startup timing instrumentation is included for future diagnostics.
