Recently, my local ./build.sh build started failing when attempting to install mssql-server-fts due to broken/held package of libldap.

The history on https://hub.docker.com/_/microsoft-mssql-server shows 2022-latest got updated 11/16/2023.

Going to see if pinning the SHA (from the latest GHA) works for me.


Update:
Pulling a newer sha for 2022-latest and updating the Microsoft packages might be working...

Replacing https://packages.microsoft.com/config/ubuntu/20.04/mssql-server-2019.list
with https://packages.microsoft.com/config/ubuntu/22.04/mssql-server-2022.list

Reverts #217

Attempting to get a fixed server:2022 image that will run on the new CI cluster (newer kernel).
