This update adds Baybayin punctuation to the comma and period keys.

Thanks for your pull request! When a keyboard is updated, we require the keyboard version to be "bumped". That would mean changing the version to 1.2.2 in both the .kmn file and in the HISTORY.md file. In the HISTORY.md file also add the date and version it was updated the same way that 1.2.1 was documented.
