• Databases panel: files are grouped under their parent folder (folder name shown, full path in the tooltip,
  same-named folders disambiguated by their parent); a sticky header keeps the folder and database of the
  rows you are scrolling through pinned at the top of the list (click it to jump back); names are never
  truncated any more (the column sizes to the longest name and scrolls sideways); scrolling is per pixel, so
  the wheel glides instead of jumping a row at a time. Grids and the mailbox tree scroll per pixel too.
• Mailbox viewer: the message body is rendered on a white "paper" background in both themes, so e-mail HTML
  (written for white pages, often with explicit black text) stays readable in the dark theme; header values use
  the theme's text colour and mailbox / folder names are no longer elided.
