fix(dashboard): rounded corners on active view-mode segment

SegmentedIcons stripped the shell inset (p-0) and forced items to
rounded-none, so the selected segment's background sat flush with
square corners inside the rounded pill. Restore the inherited
p-px/p-[2px] inset and give items rounded-[7px], concentric with
the 9px outer radius.
