Adds the ability to track macros (Must be enabled)
- Enable macro tracking in the settings menu in the calorie tracker side panel

Adds body weight based goals
- A good rule of thumb for goals is to cut 0.5-1% body weight per week (or gain .0.25-0.5% if gaining muscle)
- These goals provide good daily targets even as your weight and/or body fat percent change

Modified all goal terminology. New goals available:
- Fixed Intake (Only food calories count towards goal)
- Fixed Net Calories (Food minus logged exercise counts towards goal)
- Fixed Deficit (Daily net calorie goal calculated based on your estimated baseline calorie burn)
- Fixed Surplus (Daily net calorie goal calculated based on your estimated baseline calorie burn)
- Lose Percent Body Weight Per Week
- Gain Percent Body Weight Per Week
