Lightweight tab previews now use Obsidian's native icon display instead of CSS overrides.

• Keep titles and icons visible after images load, including tabs that already exist.
• Restore normal previews when the option is disabled or Boot Booster unloads.
• Remove the two !important CSS warnings and check for them before future builds.

Startup acceleration and file safety checks are unchanged. Validated with 182 automated tests and targeted Android emulator checks. See testing notes.

Update from Obsidian's Community plugins settings. For manual updates, replace only main.js, manifest.json and styles.css, keeping data.json.
