Software Agent v0.3.1

Windows connector reliability patch. Software Agent now safely launches standard npm PowerShell command shims without command-string shell execution, verifies literal argument boundaries, and uses Vercel's direct identity probe. Live validation confirms GitHub, Vercel, and Supabase discovery on Windows.
