Clearer project room

  • Adds /usage to explain provider credits, actual token billing, run safety limits, and cost.
  • Shows an explicit next action plus recent files and tools in Simple view.

Nova voice troubleshooting

  • Adds software-agent voice doctor without opening or recording from the microphone.
  • Adds software-agent voice test-speaker, a local-only tone using no API credits.
  • Reports missing OpenAI configuration and missing microphone endpoints separately.
  • Explains that the voice popup listens first; Nova speaks only after transcription, review, submission, and the matching committed reply.
