Updated to include a brief description of Labelmerge from the abstract

As long as we're doing this, I would add a punchy one-sentence summary of what Labelmerge is before the two paragraphs you've added. Something like "A BIDS app for merging multiple parcellation schemes including label maps and metadata into a single parcellation scheme."
