v0.4.6
Open Steps is for coding agents, and now reads that way. The README, the
guide for other tools, the six translations and the site name Claude Code,
Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI together, with equal install steps.
Codex CLI has activation numbers. In a contributor's runs on Codex CLI
0.157.1, re-scored here, the agent read the right skill's file in 75 of 75
runs, first in 70. Details and limits are in the README, under On Codex CLI.
A hook no longer runs a hostile session id. The hooks read their state file
by sourcing it, so a session id holding shell code would have run. The id is
now checked and the file parsed line by line. The id comes from the agent
tool itself, so no outsider could reach this.
os-done-or-not sees pushed work. It used to call a pushed feature branch
unpushed.
Skills read the same on every tool. The question picker, the report folder,
the census script and the premortem's fallback are described for tools other
than Claude Code too. No skill description changed.
Update: git pull inside your clone, then claude plugin update
open-steps@open-steps. On Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI, run the copy command
again.
