Smart Exchange Migration Readiness 1.11.17 — preview

Read-only diagnostic update for hybrid Exchange mailbox batches.

  • Selects a common installed Graph SDK version and aligns the proposed module installation.
  • Rejects unverifiable or ambiguous EXO tenant sessions.
  • Distinguishes missing Graph worker evidence from a successful empty user lookup.
  • Stops post-migration permission comparison on incomplete or failed collection.
  • Preserves SID delegates and ordinary names containing SELF; excludes Full Access deny entries from grants.
  • Does not require an additional free license seat when the approved target SKU is already assigned.
  • Adds offline regression tests and clarifies prerequisites, delegated permissions, installation and report limitations.

Validation: 31 offline assertions, XAML/JSON validation, 14 embedded readiness/decision cases, Windows PowerShell 5.1 serialization, real CSV/Excel/HTML exports with synthetic evidence, and an extracted portable-package validation. Eight package PowerShell files have valid Authenticode signatures.

No live tenant, hybrid endpoint or migration topology certification was performed. ActiveDirectory and local Exchange prerequisites are absent on the audit workstation. Graph import succeeds under the normal local policy; a separate AllSigned attempt is blocked by a format file in the installed Microsoft Graph dependency. No tenant write or migration action was performed. Review VALIDATION-1.11.17.md before operational use.
