SmartFinOps Workplace 1.5.0-beta.1 is a beta prerelease for controlled evaluation of existing SmartM365 CSV exports. It does not connect to or modify a tenant.
This release guards missing, stale and malformed evidence before license-removal or downgrade valuation, prevents duplicate canonical identities and tenant capacity from inflating results, and exports culture-independent decimal values. Diagnostic findings are not additive financial opportunities. Capacity reuse remains separate cost avoidance; mailbox conversion never adds the same license value twice.
Validation: 48 focused assertions and seven full analyzer scenarios on each of Windows PowerShell 5.1 and PowerShell 7; 10 valid timestamped PowerShell signatures; exact ZIP contents and per-file SHA-256 read-back; extracted-package AllSigned execution.

CSV outputs contain identities and must remain confidential.
