Hermite Data Support for Dual Contouring & Dual Marching Cubes:
Introduced conquer3d.ops.hermite utilities (compute_hermite_from_mesh, compute_hermite_from_field, DC_EDGE_CORNERS) to extract exact surface intersections and face normals along voxel edges.
Added optional edge_points and edge_normals inputs to dual_contouring and dual_marching_cubes, enabling exact sharp feature, crease, and edge reconstruction via Quadratic Error Function (QEF) minimization without smoothing or corner rounding.
Multi-Version Documentation Portal:
Added version selector and multi-version build generator (docs/generate.py, docs/_gen/versions.py) archiving API documentation for v0.6.0, v0.7.0, v0.7.3, v0.7.4, and latest.
Added new qualitative Hermite data comparison figures (fig-hermite.webp).
Refactors & Build
CUDA QEF Solvers:
Extended CUDA kernels in dc.cu and dmc.cu (and register-level solvers in qef.h) to evaluate QEF placement directly from GPU Hermite edge crossings when supplied.
Maintained manifoldness guarantees in Dual Marching Cubes by solving QEFs per-contour across multi-contour cells.
Package Version: Bumped version to v0.7.5.
Examples
Sharp geometric feature extraction on mechanical meshes using Hermite data with conquer3d.ops.dual_contouring(..., edge_points=ep, edge_normals=en) and conquer3d.ops.dual_marching_cubes(..., edge_points=ep, edge_normals=en).
