Bug fix release

Fixed

  • Removed duplicate closing </article> tag in single.php
  • Corrected function name from indieweb_minimalist_get_related_posts() to cornerstone_get_related_posts()
  • Fixed navigation.js by removing PHP tags and script wrappers
