PKSE Release 1.1.1 - Full Release Notes
Version 1.1.1 Bug-Fix Release
This release fixes a critical bug that caused non-permanent data corruption to your save — Bad Eggs appearing in empty
party slots after saving.
If you have used a previous version on Sword/Shield, Scarlet/Violet, Legends: Z-A or Brilliant
Diamond/Shining Pearl, please read the first item. Loading an affected save in 1.1.1 and saving once
repairs it; no manual steps are needed.
Fixed - save writing
- Fixed an issue where every save wrote a Bad Egg into every empty party slot in Sword/Shield,
Scarlet/Violet, Legends: Z-A and Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl. - Fixed an issue where saving to a backup did not update that backup.
Fixed - choosing a save
- Fixed an issue where a game's save could not be found once the game was uninstalled, or while
its cartridge was out of the console. - Fixed an issue where the title list could only show ten games.
- Fixed an issue where pressing Down from the right-hand columns of the middle row did nothing when
the last row was only partly filled.
Fixed - Pokémon editing
- Fixed an issue where a shiny Pokémon could not be made non-shiny in Let's Go.
New in this release
- Added a prompt before leaving the Pokémon edit page with unsaved changes.
- Added a production build that writes no logs to your SD card.
- Removed the "This backup" save destination when you loaded from the game save.
