Meet lenv!

• Rename tool to lenv from javaenv.
• Rework tool to support multiple languages management. Now supported only Java but Python planned.
• Remove config file, move to work with filesystem directly.

• The installers for Windows and Linux have been modified:
  • They now manage the JAVA_HOME setup, and this variable will never change again.
  • Running the installers with administrator privileges is now restricted.
• javaenv, along with all related environment variables, now fully relies on the new environment variable, JAVAENV_HOME.
