Folder exports now read the book's structure from your notes instead of from
filenames: the index note's link order is the chapter order, and subfolders
become nested Parts in the table of contents.

• Chapters follow the index note's links. In a folder export, the notes are
  ordered by the sequence of regular [[links]] in the index note (the note
  tagged book + main, or named after the folder). Reorder the links, export
  again, and the book follows — no more renaming files to move a chapter. The
  first link to a note wins; embeds (![[…]]), links inside frontmatter, and
  links to notes outside the folder do not count.
• Unlinked notes are never dropped. Notes the index note does not mention
  are appended after the linked ones, in the previous order (numeric NN_
  prefixes first, then by name). A folder with no index note, or an index note
  with no links, exports exactly as before.
• Subfolders become Parts. Every note under the exported folder, at any
  depth, is now a chapter, and each subfolder that contains notes appears in
  the table of contents as a Part with its chapters nested beneath it. A
  subfolder's own index note (same detection rules) titles the Part, comes
  first, and orders the Part's chapters; otherwise the folder name is the title.
  Tapping a Part opens its first chapter. Folders with no notes beneath them
  (an assets/ folder) produce nothing. The root index note can place whole
  Parts by linking to any note inside them.
• Behaviour change to be aware of: earlier versions ignored subfolders
  entirely, so a drafts/ folder inside a book folder used to be silently
  skipped and is now exported as a Part. Move such folders out of the book
  folder to keep them out of the book. Flat folders are unaffected — their
  output is byte-for-byte what 1.7.x produced.
• Never fails an export. If anything goes wrong while working out the
  order or the Parts, the export falls back to the previous filename order
  with a warning naming the cause, and a table of contents the reader could
  not open would fall back to the flat list — the book is always written.
• Single-note and note-plus-linked exports are unchanged.
