Distance-AFM refines AlphaFold-Multimer structures using residue distance constraints.

Steps 1, 2, and 4 are optional: skip Step 1 if you already have an AlphaFold-Multimer embedding and its matching initial model, Step 2 if you have your own template/start structure, and Step 4 if you use your own ranking method.

  • Run independent refinements directly from AFM and with each generated or user-provided start structure.
  • Rank all refined candidates with FTDMP and LZerD rank sum.
  • Includes pretrained weights, environment definitions, and the 2N97 example, with its AFM-direct best result provided separately.

Downloads

The source archives include the code, example inputs and results, and pretrained weights.

  • model_state_dict.pt: standalone pretrained weights, also included at model_dir/multimer/model_state_dict.pt in the source tree.
  • SHA256SUMS: checksum for verifying the standalone weights with sha256sum --check SHA256SUMS.
