First downloadable release of Clearstream, a small, safe IPTV player for Windows.

Install

  1. Download Clearstream-1.0.0-windows-x64.zip below.
  2. Right-click it, choose Extract All…, and open the Clearstream folder.
  3. Double-click Clearstream.exe. If Windows says "Windows protected your PC", click More info → Run anyway (the app isn't code-signed).

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Nothing else to install: VLC's playback engine is included.

What's in it

  • Legitimate free channels grouped into Football, Tennis, Cricket, News and Sports, with search and favourites.
  • Steady playback on libVLC: buffering, automatic reconnect, automatic switch to backup streams.
  • A dead-channel check on start-up, with live progress shown in the video area.
  • A programme guide (EPG) when the source provides one; add your own paid M3U or Xtream service.
  • A picture-shape fix for squashed channels, and dark mode (View → Dark mode).
  • No ads, no tracking, no accounts. Logins are encrypted with your Windows account.

Licences for the bundled components (libVLC, python-vlc, Python) are in the licences folder inside the zip.
