Setup is now one file

• Import (or paste) your Google OAuth JSON and the sign-in opens by itself — no more copying four values into fields. A Cancel button aborts a consent opened in the wrong browser profile.
• Switch account right from the Status row; scope changes reconnect automatically.
• The Google Picker is optional now — search and the sidebar cover browsing without an API key, and the App ID field is gone (derived automatically).

Inserts default to inline previews

• Picker, search, panel, drops, and pastes insert an embedded preview at the cursor by default; inline links and Drive-link notes remain as options.
• Migration rewrites embeds to inline Drive previews too.

Choosing where uploads go

• With no folder set, your first upload asks you to pick one (nothing lands in your Drive root unasked). The plugin's own folder picker gains New folder and a paste-a-folder-link entry that opens the folder for review before you confirm.
• Set the default straight from the sidebar: right-click any folder → Set as default upload folder.
