Obsolete and not structured documentation

Description

It is hard enough to get the relevant info about the fork itself. Some parts of documentation are located inside the servers' page, some parts are in the wiki, and others are located in the repo itself, Many of those sources have been last updated more than a year ago.

Also, some guidelines are just copied from the official code without changes, which for example has already caused wrong pulls by those who used this version.

Feel free to comment below your ideas what else should be done with documentation/help sources. This issue will be closed when something is done and it will be clear enough for people to get the needed info.
