SEALIB v3.4.1 — Public Documentation and Citation Metadata Update
This patch release improves the public documentation and citation metadata for the SEALIB public documentation repository.
Changes:
- Clarified that SEALIB v3.4.0 is a public documentation release covering REST API v1, OAI-PMH 2.0, Journal Metrics, bilingual API manuals, and user guides.
- Replaced internal implementation wording with public-facing terminology for the repeatable import pipeline.
- Clarified that Journal Metrics refers to external journal evaluation metrics, such as SINTA, and does not represent an independent SEALIB evaluation.
- Added recommended citation examples to README.md and README-ja.md.
- Added license and keywords metadata to CITATION.cff.
- Updated GitHub repository metadata for improved discoverability.
No application code or production system behavior was changed in this release.
