feat: implement pill management and intake history tracking

- Add local storage logic in `Controller` for managing user pills and intake history using `SharedPreferences`.
- Implement "My Pill" list view with add/delete functionality and persistent storage.
- Update `Pillinfo` to fetch detailed data by `pillSEQ` and allow users to add pills to their list.
- Refactor UI components across `Menu`, `Home`, `Pillsearch`, and registration pages for better responsiveness using `MediaQuery`.
- Create a reusable `ItemRow` widget for displaying pill information.
- Improve UX by adding loading states, empty states, and confirmation dialogs.
