Adds Nextcloud 35 support.

Nextcloud 35

The app declared max-version="34", so the app store refused to install it on the NC35 beta. The range is now 26 to 35.

Checked rather than assumed: all 40 OCP\ classes this integration references still exist on the Nextcloud master branch, which is the 35 line since stable35 does not exist yet. Every public CSP method the policy builder uses is still present, and buildPolicy() still emits allowedScriptDomains verbatim, which is what carries the unsafe-eval token Knockout needs.

No code changes were required, only the declared range.
