Spectrum sign-in reliability fixes, prompted by community reports of sign-in trouble:

  • Spectrum now gets its own isolated browser profile instead of sharing one with other MVPD logins, and any leftover cookies/localStorage from a previous account are fully scrubbed before a fresh sign-in.
  • Credentials are saved before attempting sign-in, so a failed first attempt doesn't leave you having to re-enter them.
  • Handles the one-time "Welcome to Spectrum TV" Terms & Conditions screen automatically — this was silently blocking sign-in for anyone who hadn't already clicked through it.
  • Automatically retries when Spectrum returns its own transient "Feature Unavailable" error instead of failing outright.

New: opt-in Debug logging toggle in Settings (System Stats card) — turn it on before retrying a failed sign-in to capture detailed diagnostics (page navigation, token validation, and any errors Spectrum's servers return). Off by default.

Also in this release:

  • Fixed the Bally Sports scraper after their site restructured its internal page data.

No FastChannels Player (fc_player) changes in this release — the bundled APK is unchanged from v5.3.1.
