Fix CSS specificity + restore Elementor Theme Builder integration.

Bug fixes from v1.1.0

  • Element resets were beating Tailwind utilities by specificity — selectors like `body.canvas-active .wrapper h2 { margin: 0 }` (specificity 0,0,2,1) overrode Tailwind utilities like `.mt-20` (specificity 0,0,1,0). Result: headers lost bolding, section spacing collapsed, button text turned black, TOC active state never highlighted, bullet lists rendered without bullets.
  • Custom template_redirect bypassed Elementor Pro Theme Builder — get_header() / get_footer() loaded theme's plain header/footer instead of Elementor's custom floating header + sidebar.

Architectural changes

  1. Reset selectors wrapped in `:where()` — zero specificity, Tailwind always wins. Standard Tailwind v4 / Open Props / Andy Bell CSS-reset pattern.
  2. Drop template_redirect, use the_content filter (priority 99) — WordPress's normal template hierarchy runs, Elementor Theme Builder engages, custom header/sidebar/footer render correctly. Documented WP Plugin Developer Handbook approach.
  3. Viewport-width break-out pattern — `width: 100vw; transform: translateX(-50%)` lets article span full viewport without touching theme's container styles. Standard edge-to-edge content pattern.
  4. Removed global button reset — Elementor sidebar widgets keep native button styling.
