Adds preview-only canvas activation for existing-post autosaves using the hidden kse:canvas-preview marker, and adds an optional Elementor pre-footer CTA slot via kse:after-article-template markers. Published posts still require the Kingmaker Canvas template unless explicitly previewed with the marker.
