Fixes the desktop sticky table-of-contents rail by adding a narrow fallback for the Lovable two-column article grid, forcing the TOC visible state on desktop, and removing static opacity/pointer-event hiding classes once the scroll threshold is reached. Keeps TOC hidden below the desktop breakpoint.
