Updating from cw 0.7.0 or older

The repository moved to kingswady/cwcli, and cw update in 0.7.0 and older still looks for releases at the
old address, so it says could not find the latest release … (HTTP 301). Update once with either:

From 0.8.0 on, cw update finds releases on its own.

What's new

• cw apps show lists every URL of the app (certificate, when it expires, the last outside check) and each
  repository: its branch, the commit the server runs, the branch's newest one, and whether they match. An app
  being upgraded to a new Odoo version says so.
• cw restore-points <app>: what each change moved and migrated, the backup taken first, and whether it can
  still be undone at once.
• cw backups shows each backup's off-site copies; cw backups show whether it is still on the server and
  verified.
• cw urls --ssl expiring_soon, cw projects, cw namespaces.
• A run that will be retried automatically shows as retrying, not error.
• cw completion bash|zsh|fish for Tab completion.

The new reads need the platform's matching functions on your token: edit it in My Settings → API Tokens and
tick Restore points, URLs and Projects.
