Form Maker v0.0.1

First version of Form Maker, this software aims to make PDF File form creation and accomplishment easier.

Usage:

1. Download the file (form-maker.zip)
2. Extract the file
3. Click the executable

You can start converting a PDF File to a PDF Form by using 'Open PDF'. You can then select the form fields you want to insert (Text Field, Checkbox, Date etc.). To the left is the sidebar that contains all the fields you have inserted in the PDF File so far.

You can accomplish a PDF Form with the 'Accomplish PDF' button.

As you can see in the image, there is a Last Name' Text Field. Once the desired fields have been accomplished, you can save the PDF Form. The resulting accomplished PDF Form file should be readable from any PDF Reader even a browser.
